Who we are...

The Friends of the Bernard Biological Field Station are artists, teachers, philosophers, carpenters, musicians, retirees, engineers, and others (including a few biologists), who believe in preserving the Robert J. Bernard Biological Field Station for both its educational and environmental value.

Organization...

The Friends of the Bernard Biological Field Station is a California nonprofit corporation and a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible. FBBFS is listed on the State of California Attorney General's Registry of Charitable Trusts (http://caag.state.ca.us/charities/) and reports its financial activities annually to the Attorney General. The Friends of the Bernard Biological Field Station is governed by a Board of Directors.
