Who we are...
The Friends of the Bernard Biological Field Station are artists, teachers, philosophers, carpenters, musicians, retirees, engineers, and others (including a few biologists), who believe in preserving the Robert J. Bernard Biological Field Station for both its educational and environmental value.
The Friends of the Bernard Biological Field Station is a California nonprofit corporation and a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible.FBBFS is listed on the State of California Attorney General's Registry of Charitable Trusts and reports its financial activities annually to the Attorney General. The Friends of the Bernard Biological Field Station is governed by a Board of Directors.
